STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!

<p>National Letting Bellville branch is the most useless bunch of people.</p> <p>firstly they didnt check the property as per the agreement. </p> <p>they never served proper notice on the tenant</p> <p>I eventually got the tenant removed. </p> <p>When Alta van Heerden supposedly did the final inspection she didnt notice that the cuplboard door was broken the handle was broken, toilet seat was broken.. there was a HUGE iron burn marks on the carpet. </p> <p>Ive been trying to call her to get the tenants deposit paid so that i can have the repairs done. 23 phone calls and 10 emails later.. STILL WAITING!!!!! </p>
