I had an incredibly distressing experience with National Letting that has seriously impacted my life. Due to a dispute between the property owner and National Letting over who should receive rental payments, I was caught in the middle of a situation I had no control over. The owner demanded that I pay her directly, while National Letting insisted I continue paying them. Despite always paying rent on time, I was threatened with eviction and put through unnecessary stress.

What’s worse, instead of resolving their internal dispute, National Letting allowed this to reflect poorly on me by reporting me to credit bureaus. This has damaged my credit record, even though I have never missed a rent payment in my life. Their failure to take responsibility and communicate properly during this ordeal has left me with lasting emotional and financial distress.

I would strongly advise anyone looking to rent through National Letting to think twice. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for tenants' well-being is unacceptable. Avoid the headache and look for a more reliable and responsible letting agency.
