Stay away from National Letting

My wife rental a unit for a period of 6 months and she did not renew the rental agreement. when it came to the refund of the deposit all her call and emails fell to death ear. As soon as they receive a letter of demand suddenly they promise to do a refund. she vacated the premises about the 01 Feb 2015 and the deposit was supposed to be paid within 7 days as there was not damage to the unit, during the inspection, the guy that did the inspection took pictures and confirm everything is fine. We do not know reason for this company that we took it was not a fly by night, is acting in a manner that does not show decent values to a human being. <br> They have got it wrong as we supposed to be refunded R5 000 with interest only just receive over R2 000, we have option that we will utilised until we receive what is ours.
