Save yourself the hassle.

Rented a a flat in Morningside, Durban through them. Would not recommend. Poor communication. Internal conflicts. Flat was not in great condition at the start. Such a hassle to get any defects addressed. Had to liase with landlady instead. Lease agreement less beneficial for tenants. Overall poor value for money. If I didn't really need a place to stay, I'd avoid them.
