Rental with National Letting

<p>I have been a tenant working with various rental agencies for the past 7 years. I have had problems with some of them but for the duration of 2016 I rented a place in Burgundy Estate through National Letting and they where far worse than all the previous ones combined. The thing that got the me the most was paying back the deposit into my account. After moving out they came for an inspection -done by Lauretta- and told me that I must organise cleaning services and wash the carpets in the flat which a did the following day. After that I asked Lauretta if there is nothing else I must do to make sure I get my deposit back and she said no that is all. I waited and waited for my money, each time I phoned them they had a new excuse and told me that it's on it's way. This week a received an email that said they are going to take R2249 from my deposit for repairs I immediatly rep**** and asked what about our agreement. I was completely ignored. After this my deposit was paid back. R2249 short.</p>
