Poor service - Unwillingness to attend to repairs

We have had a leaking geyser for the past week that has so far damaged an electrical fitting as well as the carpet. After numerous email messages as well as phone calls to this so-called rental agency, the matter has still not been resolved. <br> <br> Apparently we have to wait until the owner one day decides to contact his insurance to get it sorted out. The best part is a lady named Nicolette informs us that we should switch the geyser off and not use it so as to 'not cause any further damage' while we are waiting for the matter to one day be resolved. In other words, we are to make use of cold water until this mysterious future date arrives! <br> <br> Do yourself a favour, never rent a property from this lot!
