Poor service to process refund

There was a change in managing agents from National letting to a new agency. I in error continued to pay into National letting account for this unit for 2-3 months using reference: ISIBC - 091. I have querying for a refund , with POPs etc. no response and no refund. really disapponiting service and no view of what they did with my money
