National letting is a ****

Rented for 11 months in 2019.moved out January 31st 2020 .i was supposed to be refunded my R6600 .a month passed by .i contacted them in march 2020. Initially the avoided my calls.lauretta slabber ignored my whatsapp messages. Then i emailed the head office then they reffered me to some lady called neo she then sent a tenant statement in which money from my deposit was deducted .money for paint,doorfurn and a lot of money just written repairs mind you my inspection form showed that nothing was broken during inspection.at the end they said my balance was R21.i enquired why such an amount of money was left.up until this day i havent received my deposit back and I’m not the only one.They are ********. Stay away from that renting agency.even the monthly rent payments were unreasonable.STAY AWAY FROM NATIONAL LETTING period!!!!!!!!
