NATIONAL LETTING ARE ********

We lived in such a lovely place, but had the most unpleasant time living there because of how ********* and unprofessional National Letting conducts business.

Below is a list of incidents we went through and are still going through. Taking into account that after numoerous promises made to us before moving where not met, we still went and had more keys cut for the house, remotes where bought, we fixed the tiles in both bathrooms, fixed the garden and washed the carpets every month just to get it to look decent. Not once asking for any money or complaining as we aren’t out to get people. But carry rather choose to be better people.

- our oven was half broken. - our carpets where not cleaned. - we had to ask for our water and lights more than once and then when we laid it late because we waited we get handed over. We would then pay and still stay handed over because it didn’t reflect the same day even tho we sent proof of payment. So we would have to make another payment the next day for the penalty fee. - we gave 2 months noticed when our lease ended to move out. We paid for both months in full. We then moved out 2 weeks earlier to accommodate the agency and the new tenants. We have still not been paid our pro rata or our deposit. - our move out inspection was better than our move in inspection and we where told that everything on our side was 100%. However, now we are being told that maintenance had to be done on the property and we must wait for confirmation for all of the maintenance amounts to be consolidated , even though the man doing the maintenance is the same man that did our move In inspection, move out inspection and kept us informed of what is going on.

They have been the rudest people to deal with and whenever they ask something we are expected to act immediately, but don’t bother to treat anything we bring up with any sense of urgency.

We where even asked by them to please send an email thanking them for our stay there before we moved out which we then did just to remain kind and we didn’t want any issues with our deposit or move.

They are absolutely horrible in every aspect of business. I would never recommend them to anyone. I have been renting for 10 years now and have gone through multiple agencies, and I’ve never complained. So for me to go this far, means a lot.
