In December this agency increased my refuse removal with R96-20 with the result that my monthly payment had a shortfall of R96-60. National Letting in Strubensvalley handed me over for Debt Collecting and charged me R90-52 for this shortpayment which i paid on 9 January 2020.... They can take me to the highest court in the country but i refuse to let them hold onto my deposit when i move out 'cause i'll NEVER get it refunded in MY lifetime.
