I WANT MY REFUND (DEPOSIT)

To cut matters short. This company is ***********, so are it's employees. I have been requesting for a refund of my deposit and have been given the run around by these idiots. I am highly frustrated as they are quick to point out mistakes, but delay in rectifying theirs.<br> No wonder National Letting has empty apartments, it is because of Poor customer service and the treatment we receive.<br> There is complainant who went to Power FM yesterday at 6:45 p.m. and a lot of your unhappy customers were calling the radio station.<br> They are gathering and collecting information against your company and this is going to DENT the IMAGE of your company.<br> I am going to the media which is Mail & Gurdian, The Star Newspaper, Sunday Times, City Press and Citizen. I will also go to Carte Blanche at SABC and hellopeter.com cause I feel that as a law abiding South African citizen, MY HUMAN RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLETED during human rights month (March).
