<p>Last year December I advertised a flat and an agent by the name of Shane Subramoney from national letting offered to advertise the flat for us instead. There was an agreement made that he will receive a certain amount of commision every month and the rest of the money will be given to us (The owner of the flat). In january shane took the entire amount and did not give us any of the money that was owed to us and resigned from the company. When complained about this issue to the manager of National Letting she said that Shane had resigned from the company prior to his agreement with us. We had no knowledge of this as Shane used National Letting name in the contract. National Letting asked shane to write up an affivate in which he states that he will return the money owed to us at the end of February but has not done so as yet. National Letting has asked us to sign an affidavit saying that we will not sue them and they will return the money but has not done so as yet. They are refusing to return the money that belongs to us. This is very bad customer service and should not be supported. </p>
