Disgusting service received ever

I rented an apartment at Laborie Village from Feb 2014 till Jan 2015 and my kids moved out on the 17th of January from the apartment and was promised my deposit refund 14 days after the move out inspection was done. I made numerous calls to their offices and once I am told there are still maintenance taking place and that payment will only be made after all the maintenance had been done, I asked for invoices received from suppliers and nothing came, I then get from them excuse that they now waiting for Body corporate to send electricity bill and then after that they said payment will be made on the 13th of Feb and then later changed to the 27th and today as we speak it is the 3rd of March and nothing has been done. If I speak to Alice then she tells me its Natasha who is supposed to help then Natasha tells me its the account department that needs to pay me and later I spoke to Lauretta who is their senior and she directs me again to Alice and the cycle starts again. We talking about R10 500.00 and this is now frustrating and to say I am disgusted is an understatement
