Disgusting Service National letting

<p>The level of disgust and disatisfation I have towards National letting is beyond words. My sisters moved out from a flat they were renting in March, 2 months ago. My mother has been the one forced to call and ask for an update on her deposit. Every time she calls Karen is not available and will get back to her. I stayed in that office for more than an hour with no help I was told by Cindy that Karen was "busy" and would attend to me in a few minutes. Up until today I am still waiting for Karen to get back to me. Their service is pathetic and are the worst bunch of people to deal with, especially this Karen who is never available. I've also sent an e-mail on Friday 27/5/2016. Guess what nobody responded. I would advice people to stay away from National Letting, such an *********** Company.</p>
