Deposit refund

Gave a 2 month moving out notice to the company, then on the day of moving no agent of the company came to do a moving out inspection, which means I am entitled to my full deposit within 7 days, it is quite clear that the company regularly does this, as of the 18 February I still have not received my deposit.
