Best rental agency to deal with!

Over the years I have dealt with many letting agency's, renting through some, working at one and doing contract work for a few. But never before have I dealt with a agency that works so hard for their tenants.<br> <br> In general one finds all letting agents care about is owners, as there are so many willing tenants. With National Letting and especially Karen we found the opposite. First of all the house we moved into was immaculate! As in even the light covers and blinds were obviously cleaned properly. Two weeks after we moved in we received a email stating that they are concerned about burglary's in the area and we must please check if our gate motor has a cover lock as they want to get the owners to install them. Wow! That really impressed me!<br> <br> But the best so far was last week when our friends by City of Tshwane disconnected our electricity. As soon as I got home I contacted Karen, she assured me that all bills were paid up and there must be a mistake. The next day ( Friday ) they spent half the day at the City of Tshwane offices and had the issue rectified, and in time that the power was back on by Friday afternoon!<br> <br> Way to go the extra mile!!!! :-)<br> <br> Thank you very much!!!
