Bad treatment by National Letting

<p>I was staying in a complex through National Letting and there were a lot of problems with the complex whcih led to me hving to move out before the lease agreement ends. I was told there would be a cancellation fee of R3000 for canceling the lease however now i hae been told that im also still liable to pay rent for the aparment until a new tenant is found however i had given enough notice and am no longer in the premises i moved out end of July. I was not given my remaining deposit back and now i have been handed over for the August rent but i am no longer occupying the premises.</p>
