bad service

i have been paying my levies since december last year i called them to tell them that i have been paying i gave them the reference number they say they could pick it up because i have been using the wrong ref no i spoke to a guy called Msizi who said its fine they will check and that next time when i make payment i have to use the right ref no,this morning a get a message saying that they have blacklisted me.
