Absolutely useless

<p> Ever since i have moved into the flat, there has been never ending **** from them! From sending letters to vacate the premises before my lease is even up to then sending letter of demands after my rent is set on debit order every month. Public holidays delay transactions now its my fault?? </p> <p>Letter of demand is for an amount that i have not even received an account for. They are the most useless agency i have ever seen in my life. Customer services is pathetic. They never call you back after you calling several times holding 5minutes each call before someone says they'll call you back, which THEY DONT!!!! </p>
