Worst service ever !!!!

I contacted them 3 months ago and they have assured me that in 40days my credit issies would be resolved. It is now 3 months later and I dont get any updates when I try to contact them they dont respond. I even sent a message to the group and a few members on the groip to get a refund but still no answer from amy of them... Absolute poor service they dont keep their clients up to date amd they dont understand what they are suppose to do. Rather use the ombudsman to solve any issues with banks. Credit bureus are just as useless as the ITC company. No wonder its going in this country the way it is going.
