Very bad customer service, bad communication and feedback

I paid in full by end of August for debt review removal, got clearance certificate in September but still I get rejected on every credit application. My account was handled by Pratishka and she never returns my calls, when you call. Very bad customer service, they don't follow the whole process through. This company is very bad Shem on communication!
