They were only efficient when I was still registering and once I paid in full no communication was given
They were only efficient when I was still registering and once I paid in full no communication was given. I had to phone numerous times. Upon being initiated they had told me the process will take 60days. This was in November 2022. It's now March 2023 I don't see much progress plus I have to chase after. I'm honestly stressed and disappointed.
