They have done the assessment, I have paid them what they quoted without delay

They have done the assessment, I have paid them what they quoted without delay. According to them they have done my clearance on a D4 status. But I'm still Flagged with all credit burues. I have called them several times, sent messages and never get a straight answer. All I want is my clearance certificate and what I paid them for. NOT HAPPY AT ALL
