They are exceptional, Last day so a follow up comment is coming
This is my last day, So far so good, One issue, Last week sent a message to request clearance on my confused mind, no acknowledgement nothing, JUst hoping this day will go as planned, and they have been doing as they promised and at this point thats all I care about, But yes, They are very good, but do believe yes they can not answer everyone at once, but answer some questions when clients have asked

28 Sept 2023, 16:30Okay day 1 since the given time has passed, Got through to the office, promised me to get me the cleaarance today that has not happened, Tried calling Claudine the whole day including yesterday and sending messages on whatsapp, no response nor acknowledgement, Mind you messages we sent last week. Will update tomorrow on the story

29 Sept 2023, 09:27The Claudine they promise will call you wont call you. Day 2 of wonderful journey turning to a struggle, I can not even budget, I left messages and no response back and this is the person they say contact when you have an emergency.
If she doesnt answer who will you report issues to? I mean there is no number i didnt call that they supp**** me with and the call centre just makes empty promises.

29 Sept 2023, 15:43Still no communcation from the Management, Clearance is late, with 2 days, and was only sent yesterday though to the bureaus they promised on Friday, Nevertheless, the last stage is to see if the flag has been removed. then I shall post once more
