Terrible Service

I regret the day I asked them to help me. I payed all the money but till today I haven't heard anything from them. They were suppose to close my case at the end of February but they didn't and they didn't even bother to call me and clarify the cause of the delay. I've been calling them but the lady said answered my call said they gonna get back to me the following day. Still they didn't call. What ****es me the most is that at first they were so quick to answer my calls and give me an update, now they quite. Their communication is so poor.

I just want my money back so that I can ask other people to help me.

I wouldn't recommend this company, they're terrible. They're just ****ming people!!!
