Terrible Customer Service with no assistance whatsoever

The service is very poor. I don't even know if this whole thing with them is real or just a ****. Was informed that the process takes up to 21 days and my name will be cleared. Made full payment but have to keep chasing up with them only to get told that there is a back log or problem. Whenever I call I get promised a call back but never get called. Was really hoping that they could assist but seems like it's more of a hassle than anything else.
