This company is nothing then a ****. They are based in Durban,I approached them wanting to find out which steps to take to sort out my credit. They requested for my details,fine no issues. I therefore asked if this won't be a debt review as if it is then I will be flagged and won't be able to function,I stated the reason for urgency I wanted to buy a house. Fast forward,when I requested at my union that for a personal loan to meet the deposit,they requested I gather all my installment arrangements from my accounts. Capitec bank gave me a run around, till on lady at Capitec stated that,Debt Erasor sent in a form that states I'm under debt review and it was sent as if I agreed upon that so they can't assist me. I called in to clarify, the customer agent stated "I'm busy ranting" thereafter dropped my call. Bare in mind we have a debit order agreement. When I asked to cancel everything as I didn't want no debt review,they stated the process can never be cancelled and still stated I'm not under debt review as in NICC...I'm stuck now,due to this greed, and **** they doing,they even said it will take only 30 days,and it's over 30 days and yet still I'm not clean...I urge people not to use these people even if they where the last people in the world or left
