Refund

When the process was starting everything ran smoothly and i happy with the outcome for them helping me with sorting out my credit profile. The only problem now is that they are giving me run around for refunding me an extra amount i paid because of their time frames processing debit orders. Its now nearly 2 full months nagging them for my refund no one is taking an initiative to assist me, instead they keep promises that they are not fulfiling.Last week they said my query has been escalated to the manager, will get feedback during the course of the week. Its already the end of the week no feedback. Even Turren the consultant who was assisting to start the whole process is blatantly ignoring me and he is the one who ****ed up the whole thing
