Poor service from National itc Consulting

I read about National itc consulting on Facebook everyone seemed to be having positive comments about them and it happens that they happen to help people remove their name on debt review listing. So as a person who is listed I started the process with them and paid as soon as the paper work was done a some of R3450 in May and another R3450 in June for them to help remove my name there, but it's towards end of September now and I am still listed on debt review and I don't know why because I have given them any peace of documents they wanted and also paid them in full please help me remove my name or get them to refund me my money I will carry on paying my debts like I been doing
