Poor service

I would like to write a review about National ITC Consulting I, Thobani Bhengu , ID number ********** 082, have had nothing but a negative experience with NITC. Their services is very poor, they don't give feedback every time you need to phone them in order to get feedback . whereas there should be constant feedback with the client. It took my phone call to get the file transferred to them and this has taken them 6 months to work on this . They promise you heaven and earth but they can't keep up .

I'm very frustrated right now I can't carry on with my life due to them . I made all the payment they ask me to do but DOLOLO feedback .
