Poor service and ****mers

I'm struggling with getting my refund as i feel that they are not interestedin assisting me. I call every week, they tell me my refund request is being reviewed and it's been months. Every time I request to speak to a manager, I'm being told they are in a meeting. I'm so disappointed in their service.
