Poor service and ****

This company is a ****, I think they need to be investigated . I had the same experience as all other people. Paid the amount of 7500 in-full, suddenly whenever I call to ask for the person who’s assigned to my query. Either- she’s not available, on lunch or will call me back ! 2 years that I have been trying to resolve this, recently their phones are off , emails not responded to, The WhatssApp group that they opened is not working anymore. All their numbers are Inactive . How can I report this people.
