Poor service

I am following up on my case which i believe it was nit completely resolved.i madd a full payment for my name to be removed from the ITC however 1 year 2 months later my credit report is more or less the same.the only thing that changed was tge debt review removal.i was promised a financial freedom by the company but that's not the service i received. The last communication was when i was sent a clearance certificate 3 months ago but it is not serving its purpose because im still blacklisted I guess the only thing they assist with is debt review clearance nothing more
