POOR COMMUNICATION AND BAD SERVICE
Good day. I am a client of NITCC company I asked for assistance in May 2023. I've paid 3500 so far to have my name removed from debt review, which is 50% of what they charged. They promised to send progress report which they did at first and then stopped all communication after I pad the second installment. They promised invoices of the 2 payments I made in 7 days, until today I have not received any communication from them. I've sent messages on watsapp without any response from them. I am now not sure if I should continue to pay the rest of the money as they have not done anything except to transfer my file ,they are scaring, I am not sure if I can trust them with my business anymore. It's like they no longer exist. How does one trust someone who can't even respond to a watsapp you send to a group they created? Their service is bad shem.
