Poor and Bad service

I was put under debt review unaware by YMA Consulting in January 2022, I got NITC Consulting on the the website. They promised to assist and made payment of the money they requested. I had hope that they will assist according to their empty promises, so far nothing valuable came out. They created a group chat where I must get information from but they never answer my questions or respond. I did ask a 17.2 reject form that was requested by my creditors on the the 31st of August, also the 12th of September and one of them responded by saying I will get the rejection form next day until today nothing has happened.
