please help
I app**** from NITCC in June 2021 for my name to be removed under debt review, I paid all the amount that was need and I do not owe NITCC a cent. Even today I have not yet received any positive response. I've been trying to contact NITCC requesting an update via Whatsapp and calls but even today I have not received any update. They have been telling me that they are going to get back to me and they do not. HELLOPETER please help me as I have been under debt review for five years now and I thought NITCC will help me but they do not.
