Pathetic and ********

Pathetic and ********. I recently came a cross this company to assist my husband with removing his name from debt review. After the first payment was made no one responds to the messages on the group. I even called in and was told the lady handling my husbands file will call back which never happened. I'm taking action, I'm calling the OMBUDSMAN and I called my lawyer too today we are taking further steps.
