NO SENIOR MANAGEMENT AT NATIONAL ITC TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR SLACKING CONSULTANT PRIYA AND CLAUDINE YOU COST ME MY JOB

My journey started in June with this company. They uploaded my name on a group that was never updated, when updated no explained what was going on. Sometime in August I received paid up letters from one of the companies I owed. 29th September called them to find out what was happening with my account. I was transfered to Priya. Only then she tells I still owe the company that I did debt review with. Then I asked for the invoice and I paid it. Phoned the company to send them proof of payment they told me I cannot send them proof of payment but national itc needs to forward it to them and log request on DHS portal same day and it will take about 3 days to get my clearance certificate . Guess what towards month end of October I call Priya to find out when am I recieving my clearance certificate. She tells me she has forwarded proof of payment to the company but they haven't responded. I decided to call the company in question to find out if they received proof of payment and they said no. The proof payment was only sent yesterday after fighting with Priya for the whole week. I asked to send me proof that she did send proof of payment the 29th September as arranged I find out she send proof of payment to the wrong email address. To buy time she updates on the group that I will get my clearance certificate on the 10th Nov. 10 days later of which this matter can be solved 3-4 days. I asked reception to put me through some one senior to Priya but to no avail from the day I started calling national itc on Mon up until now. I asked for some one senior to Claudine. The receptionist Aphiwe tells me they are all not available. So national itc is run by consultants no senior management available. They say their calls are recorded but management doesn't listen to calls at all cause by now someone senior should have called me already. The reason I approached national itc is I got a job in Feb and I was due to get a company car and the company I'm working discovered that I'm flagged on it for debt review and they said they give me 3 months to sort myself out. 6 months later I'm still not sorted because of Priya and Claudine didn't do their work. I'm serving my notice as we speak I was fired from my post yesterday the 31st October.
