No help with Debt review clearance

I paid this company to remove my debt review status. They received payment. Told me everything will be sorted in 21 days. Nothing has been done. I already had a clearance certificate, they went and "apparently" requested another one of which I never received a copy. They just wasted my time. I'm stuck. Since 16 January 2021 until now 12 March, nothing has been done. And they don't respond to your messages.
