NITCC not taking me serious

I firstly heard of this company on facebook and I was skeptical of online things as I have always been a prey for such. But have read reviews from other people and I saw that it is legit. I then signed up on the 25 September 2021 with a guy called Brady. This company helps other people I am not going to take that away from them so I only see screenshots of their successes, but they just chose not to take me serious. the fact that they only use whatsapp raised my eyebrows but i believed in them after they sent me their reviews. I paid R4000 into the designated account and the communication was flowing, they opened a group chat with me and i was told i will be kept in the loop of any development whatsoever. That only lasted for a month, been left in the dark since end of October to date, I have been sending numerous texts and emails and I am like ****ing in the water. So I was told my case may take up to 15days to be resolved i was like it is fine I am willing to wait for like 2months and give them time but my texts on whatsapp are like 1 tick. So I may not be ****med but strongly believe they are not taking me serious. All I am asking is a status update.
