National ITC is a **** stay away

I started the process in March first deduction April and last in May was issued my clearance certificate in August to my surprise nothing on my report has changed my credit score and all accounts still reflecting worse some of the paid up accounts are added. I have called numerous times always promised in 7 days to check my ITC nothing I was promised that by yesterday I will receive feedback nothing when you call they sound not interested or sensing my distress I can't get a place to stay can't get promoted at work my whole life is turned upside down I now have panic attacks which I attend therapy for. Why take my money promise to render a service now I must chase you and you Continously lie to me
