National itc consulting poor services

At first contact they are responsive and act like they are willing to help but after all payments their service is very poor, it is hard to get a hold of them and they no longer give you feedback, even when you try to contact the people nobody answers. When you try to reach them on whatsapp messages no one responds. I just wasted my time and money but I didnt get the service I was promised.
