National ITC consulting empty promise of ITC clearance

I made w payment on the 30th June 2022 and till date I have been waiting for ITC Clearance. I read reviews daily on Facebook on how wonderful the service is and how they were assisted even though they paid in August and September however I await to be assisted. When I cal the office I am asked to leave s message however my call is never returned. When I send a message on the group it is not responded to and if I do get a response I am promised feedback but never do get it. I am not sure how the selection process works on prioritizing each case. A clearance certificate was issued to me on the 9th September however till date I need 5o beg for feedback for a service I have paid for
