National ITC

Good evening, We saw an advert on Facebook about National ITC and thought we should ask them to help clear our names from ITC. The R7000 rand was paid in 10th of March 2022. Since that time we were in contact now and then to find out if there was any progress...after numerous conversations they eventually send us the clearance certificate on the 18th of June 2022. We wanted to find out if we could purchase a car only to find out our credit report is still the same nothing was removed, I think we were only given the letter for us to stop nagging. We have been B.S. so many times I have had it up to here.
