Lack of communication and feed back,

I have made my final payment with this people in November till today they don't send me feedback of when will I be cleared on my debt review they don't respond to my messages both emails and whatsapp the worst part their phone is never answered, is not over 60 days and am waiting, am now thinking I have being ghosted here with all my money because they were updating all step of the way comes final payments they went mute on me, they wil read my messages on the group and none will respond. And the other guy the consultant when you send him a massege wil give you a respond that they will come back to you week in and week out nothing will happen 😥😥😥💔💔💔😡😡😡
