Lack of assistance ,Lack of communication

There lack of communication this company has beyond me I have tried to send messages and calls with no response I have been promised statements since last year with no luck with me having to confirm my email address a million times. They have a group yet when you send messages no one response.

I argue anyone who is using them to stop deductions as there is no assistance whatsoever.
