I've paid 3 months back promising me that they will assist me with my debt but aftr I paid they don't care about me they keep on lying and lying I've send email to nikshia she never responded I've call her no way forward still empty promises when I complain on there Facebook page they block me not assisting me all I can say after they received payment from there client they don't care about them anymore and I won't recommend anyone to go for national itc for there debt because they don't care

1. Should you have been blocked on Facebook - The last message received today would have not been acknowledged and the last response was confirmation that a call was attempted and we reached voicemail.
2. Niksha provided all the prescribed letters from OMF on the 26th confirming that all the letters are now in - THerefore the timeline of the next update is within 7- 10 days and the date of clearance is the 10th of October which is in line with same.
3. Yes the application for clearance is but payment to the Debt Counselor for Services was only concluded on the 5th of September and thereafter we could obtain the prescription letters and we are now on the journey to competion.
We are once again sorry for the way you feel but we you can also SMS or call *** regarding the call back request should you need any clairty on the above.
Looking forward to concluding this Journey on the 10th of October.
