Is it poor customer service or just a ****?

I was under debt review then saw the ad on Facebook about this company that has helped many people.

I enquired and I received a call from a a consultant by the name of Imthiaz. He was very friendly and helpful.

I was advised to either pay the full amount or pay installments to get clearance. So I paid cash via EFT on the 26th of September 2023. I received confirmation that my payment was received.

I was informed that the process of beeing removed will take up to 60 working days.

I was also informed that I will get regular updates on the WhatsApp group that was created based on my account.

I had to always ask to get update.

When I finally got the response I was informed I will get my clearance on the 5th of December 2023.

I have been very patient but I can see that something wrong is going on.

I have been calling with no answers and if there is an answer the call gets dropped.

Lately no one reads or responds to messages or emails. The telephone number seems dead.

I am stressed because I trusted this company to help me get out of debt review.
