I want a refund

I have yet not received any certificate from them after making the payment all the way back in March 2023 they haven't sent the invoice neither the certificate. I have since not heard of they no response to any messages online no changes to my credit file neither a certificate but sent a R5250 with no response no feedback and no certificate this is a full on **** and I want my money back ASAP
