I have been waiting ...

I have been waiting for them to help me remove my name on debt review systems but till now i have not been helped,and that time i have finished to to the mone they wanted me to pay but still nothing,now they nolonger communicate its like they went AWOL from me,its been 5months since i have finished to pay all the amount with their debit order but still they have not helped me
